Punk Rope is exercise in disguise. It’s a playful mash-up of rope jumping and creative conditioning drills fueled by raise-the-roof music. You’ll be having so much that you won’t realize how hard you’re working. No rope jumping skill is necessary.
The average student burns over 600 calories per Punk Rope class while improving cardiovascular conditioning, strength, power, agility, coordination, balance, rhythm, and timing. Stress reduction is a big bonus.
