A while ago I decided to try to get more into working out. This was not easy, however, a friend recommended Punk Rope and after one class I was hooked! I've never been to such a FUN workout class. And this class REALLY does work you hard! Tim and Shana keep it fun with awesome music and a new line up of songs and activities every week. I can honestly say that I miss Punk Rope when I can't make it to a class. Within the classes themselves, you'll jump rope, run relay races, perform solo and group conditioning drills, and more. Tim and Shana do a fabulous job of moving Punk Rope past being just a gym class with happy hours and group activities. It's so great to have something like this in a city that makes it so hard to meet new people. If I'm having a bad day, I always know Punk Rope can cheer me up!
