Our mission at New Country Day Camp is to create a joyful experience where all can thrive. We are a Jewish camp proudly comprised of a multicultural community. Our core values of personal growth, empathy, respect, and passion guide all that we do at camp.
We are guided by four core values:
Growth
We foster personal growth by encouraging all community members to make adventurous choices, look with curiosity at the world around them, and take responsibility in our community.
Empathy
We build meaningful connections and restorative relationships through empathy, perspective sharing, and kindness.
Respect
We fortify our community through our commitment to diversity, compassion and teamwork, and we emphasize the importance of respect for ourselves, for other people, and for the world that is our home.
Passion
We value experiences over material things, and maintain a lasting and active passion for natural splendor and community, and inspire these actions in the people around us.
