This class is for those who have passed Adult Beginner Swim and/or can swim one lap front crawl and one lap backstroke. Continue to master the stroke mechanics of front crawl, backstroke, and breaststroke.
Designed to develop cardiovascular fitness and strengthen muscles; this is the perfect way to get fit without stressing your joints. Have fun during a great water workout. No swim skills are required.
Aqua Boot Camp
Circuits, strength training, and cardio drills without the impact. Get all of the benefits of boot camp but in the water! No swim skills required.
Strengthen muscles; increase your cardio and range of motion with minimal impact to your joints. No swim skills required.
