Gymnasium
Perfect for physical education, sports classes, and sports specific parties, the 14th Street Y’s 5,000 square foot gymnasium and fitness center are treasures of the downtown community. Four (4) of our six (6) basketball hoops can be adjusted to your child’s height, and locker rooms, showers and sauna are available for adult and youth parties and group events. Pool
Enjoy exclusive use of every lane in our heated pool for 3 hours: an hour for arrivals and swimming prep, and hour in the pool, and an hour in our sunny studio. - 20 yards in length and 4 lanes wide
- Summer: Pool water is kept between 82 and 83 degrees. The air temperature is 80 degrees.
- Winter: Pool water temperature is 84 degrees and the air temperature is between 81 and 82 degrees.
- Swimsuits and swim caps required.
- Lockers, showers and sauna
- Family Changing Room available for your use
- Lifeguards and/or swim instructors available for customized parties

Studios A & B are available for rehearsals, master classes, workshops, one-time events, performances, photo shoots, meetings and parties. Exclusive use of our 5,000 square foot gymnasium is just right for sports lovers. Our instructors organize super sports, basketball, and many other games and activities.
