Staying fit at home has never been easier!

Each week, 14Y fitness instructors and trainers will be hosting live streaming classes via Zoom and creating fun videos that’ll be featured on the 14Y YouTube Channel. Be sure to follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for health and fitness tips, new videos, and other great content to help support you inside and out.

The live streaming classes are detailed below in the 14Y Virtual Fitness schedule. Live streaming classes are only available to 14Y members. If you’re a 14Y member, login instructions for all classes will be emailed to you each week through the 14Y Fitness Newsletter.
