Each week, 14Y fitness instructors and trainers will be hosting live-streaming classes via Zoom and creating fun videos that’ll be featured on the 14Y YouTube Channel.

Be sure to follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for health and fitness tips, new videos, and other great content to help support you inside and out.

The live-streaming classes, detailed below in the 14Y Virtual Fitness schedule, are only available to Virtual 14Y Members. Not a member? Check our our new Virtual Membership, which is just $29.99 per month for your entire household!

If you’re a 14Y member, login instructions for all classes will be emailed to you each week through the 14Y Fitness Newsletter. Virtual Personal Training

Get the same accountability, motivation and professional guidance to achieve your fitness goals in the comfort and safety of your own home.

Our certified professional trainers will work with you virtually to create a custom road map to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Personal Training Rates:

  • 30 Minute Single Session: $50
  • Five (5) 30-Minute Session Package: $240 ($48/session)
  • Ten (10) 30-Minute Session Package: $500 ($45/session)
  • One-Hour Single Session: $75
  • Five (5) One-Hour Session Package: $355 ($71/session)
  • Ten (10) One-Hour Session Package + 1 BONUS session: $750 ($68/session)
