Each week, 14Y fitness instructors and trainers will be hosting live streaming classes via Zoom and creating fun videos that’ll be featured on the 14Y YouTube Channel. Be sure to follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for health and fitness tips, new videos, and other great content to help support you inside and out.
The live streaming classes are detailed below in the 14Y Virtual Fitness schedule. Live streaming classes are only available to 14Y members. Not a member? Check our our new Virtual Membership, which is just $29.99 per month for your entire household!

Fitness Pop-Up: Tabata Challenge
Monday, June 8 | 2:00 – 2:20 PM | 14th Street Y Facebook Live Event
Tabata is an exercise protocol where you perform each movement for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest. This is repeated for multiple rounds for each exercise. Test your upper and lower body strength, core stability and endurance during our Facebook Live Tabata Challenge!

Small Group Training: My First Yoga Class

Is your downward dog in the dumps? Not sure the difference between a cat pose and a cow pose? If you have always wanted to learn the fundamentals of yoga (or refresh your skills on the basics) this class is for you. Yoga Instructor, Susan T. will instruct you on learning and perfecting the foundational poses and techniques to begin your personal journey into the practice of yoga.
This small group setting allows you to get individualized attention. No equipment necessary, yoga mat or non slip floor surface recommended.
Register in advance for this training. Once you are registered, you will receive an email with information on how to join.
