On Monday, January 19, Get Fit with Ivy from 10AM – 11AM will be cancelled and the basketball gymnasium will be closed until 2PM. The building hours for January 19 is 6 am – 6 pm. Check the hours, schedule, and locations webpage for program closures.

Fitness Pop-Up: Pilates for Strong Bones with Chintamani

This fun, energetic Pilates class will focus on building bone density. This is a sage workout for people with Osteopenia or Osteoporosis. To participate you must be able to get down and up from the floor at least 1 time. If you need assistance, the teacher can help you.

Free for members. Non-members can purchase a $25 Day Pass at the front desk to attend.
