14Y After Dark: Celebrating Jewish Women in History

Join us in the Gallery at 14Y for an evening of theater, dialogue, and social engagement with our friends from the Jewish Theater Circle!

For Women’s History Month, the Jewish Theatre Circle will present readings, monologues, and excerpts of short plays about Jewish women and our allies. From family stories about fleeing Europe and finding a new life in America to narratives of famous figures, these selections include readings about Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, philosopher Hannah Arendt, author Anzia Yezierska, ally Eleanor Roosevelt, and more.
Participating writers and performers include Alice Eve Cohen, D. Lee Miller, Dana Leslie Goldstein, Ginger Grace, Jenny Lyn Bader, Cindy Cooper, Miriam Kulick, and Susan Barrett. Directed by Ari Laura Kreith.

This is a free event; donations are encouraged and welcome.
