Our Mommy & Me fitness classes are a warm, welcoming environment for strength building and toning, community building with other moms, and socializing your new little pal.

Dive in to the deep end and rediscover your abdominal muscles, waistline and healthy posture with post-partum Pilates at the 14th Street Y, while your two-to-12-month-old plays together with other babies. Mix it up with Mommy & Me Barre, a highly efficient, specially designed workout that blends the best of ballet technique, Pilates and yoga. Drop-in classes also include fitness, which incorporates aerobics, strength training and toning, and Mommy & Me yoga. Or, for the most targeted, effective workout of all, connect with the 14th Street Y’s CERTIFIED personal trainers who specialize in post-partum fitness. Our Mommy & Me fitness class instructors also have specific training in post-partum fitness and in infant developmental movement.
