Alexis Offen

Alexis Offen was named Executive Director of 14Y in 2023. She has 25+ years of leadership experience in community, cultural, and political work in New York City, including with the Trust for Governors Island, the Mayor’s Office of Operations in the Bloomberg administration, UJA Federation, and New York University. She is a current Wexner Field Fellow, an alumna of the Coro New York Leadership Fellowship, and she serves on the Board of the Union Square Partnership. Alexis is an active member, volunteer, and leader in the City’s Jewish community, and has worked closely with UJA-Federation of New York on community building initiatives. She is a graduate of Harvard College and Fordham Law.
