Working with a trainer and a partner with similar goals gives you the added accountability and motivation to succeed!
Our Partner Training options include:
Circuit Training for Weight Loss: Circuit Training alternates through multiple exercises in one workout. Tone and strengthen your entire body, increase endurance and burn lots of calories for weight loss!
Partner Pilates: A mind-body workout designed to strengthen and align the body from head to toe. Excellent workout for lean muscle development and core strengthening using bodyweight only.
STRONG Training: Workouts are centered around compound movements. Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift your way to new muscle gains!
Better Balance and Stability Training: If you have difficulty maintaining balance when standing, walking or performing everyday tasks, this training is for you. Learn to enhance muscular control and stabilization throughout the entire body.
Custom Partner Training: You already have a workout partner and a goal, your trainer will help you achieve it!
Pricing for Partner Training:
- Partner Training Single Session: $40/person
- Five Partner Training Session Package: $185 ($37/session)
- Ten Partner Training Session Package + 1 BONUS Partner Training session: $400 ($36/session)
