At 14Y, we are always looking for ways to enhance your user experience and ensure that our services meet the needs of our vibrant community.
We’ve got an exciting update to share with you: We launched an innovative customer relations management system called Daxko.
With Daxko, your registrations and communications will be more streamlined and you’ll have access to a dashboard that will give you an improved online user experience.
This convenient dashboard will allow you to:
- Access your 14Y account
- Sign up for classes and programs
- Manage your payments, payment methods, and receipts
- Update your profile
- Add your key fob barcode to your mobile wallet
- And more!
Important Reminders
- When you scan in at 14Y for the first time under the new system, you’ll need to take a new picture for your online account and sign a new membership agreement.
- Starting Tuesday, July 22, you’ll be able to access your online account and sign up for classes and programs. Summer registration for our programs has resumed online. Please note that dates for summer aquatics registration have passed, but fall registration is coming soon. We’ll be sending more information as we approach the start of the fall season, so stay tuned for all of our exciting fall offerings.
- On the main page to search for classes and programs, you will need to change the “all locations” button at the top left of the screen to “14th Street Y” to search only for 14Y offerings.
- Please verify your online account information, including emergency contact, your email address, and home address.
Important Things to Know
- Please note that a $20 late fee will apply if payment is not received on time or if there are issues with processing.
- The charge on your credit card statement will appear as EDALLIANCE – 14Y/MCC if the charge occurs online, EDALLIANCE-14Y if the card is swiped at 14Y, and EDALLIANCE-MCC if the card is swiped at MCC. If you have any questions about a charge, feel free to contact us.
- A new 14Y/MCC logo will appear on your receipts.
- There will be a new app (coming Winter 2025) that will allow you to to scan into the building/fitness center. More information to come.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to have an account on Daxko?
Yes. Everyone has to have an account on Daxko, whether you’re a 14Y member or just registering for 14Y classes or programs. On the main login page, enter your email or phone number to see if you currently have an account or need to create one.
How do I register for 14Y classes and programs?
When you login to your account, you can sign up for classes and programs by going to the “Activities” tab at the top right of your screen and clicking on the first option, “Register for a program.”
On the main programs page, you will need to change the “All locations” option at the top left of your screen to “14th Street Y.” Select the box that says “14th Street Y” and then click the “Set Location” button.
