DESCRIPTION:Aqua Boxing Fitness Pop-Up\nWednesday\, September 5 | 6:00 – 7:00 PM\nAqua Boxing is designed to improve upper and lower body strength\, speed\, and balance. Jacob\, a certified as a personal trainer and boxing coach\, combines boxing techniques like jabs\, upper cuts\, hooks\, crosses\, foot work\, offense and defensive skills with aqua aerobics. \nEvery exercise is done in a circuit-style with little to no breaks to give each individual a productive and extremely intense workout experience. This class is for participants with intermediate and advanced fitness levels. \nAll participants are required to wear a swim cap in the pool. Swim skills are not required. \nFree for 14th Street Y members. Non-members can purchase a $25 Day Pass at our Service Desk\, which offers full access to the 14th Street Yincluding other fitness classes\, a new fitness center\, a refreshing pool\, and lock rooms\, which have brand new saunas! \nInterested in joining the 14th Street Y?
