Toddler Sports
Ages 2 – 3 years with parent / caregiver


A fun introductory sports class for boys and girls. Through a range of developmentally appropriate
activities, children engage in non-competitive interactive games that help develop motor coordination and
promote flexibility and balance. Classes includeobstacle courses, bean bag tossing, jumping through
hula hoops, and throwing balls. Taught by popular coach Vinny Cofield.

Capoeira
Ages 3-5 Years (drop-off))

Capoeira is a Brazilian form of martial arts that combines dance, music, and simple
acrobatic moves. It
is played as an interactive game inside a circle with music and
songs. Capoeira
helps to develop motor coordination, balance, flexibilty, and an
awareness of
space. The class promotes achievement, leadership, and community
through focus,
discipline, and respect (FDR).

Indoor Playground Drop-In
Ages 6 months - 3 years

Make a playdate at the Y for Thursday afternoons. Children run, climb, slide, and jump in our padded playroom. Bring a friend and enjoy the relaxed environment where little ones explore and play together. Strollers must be left on the first floor stroller racks.

Thursdays: 2:30 - 4:00pm, 1/31 - 6/6   (No Class 2/21, 3/28)
