Freezing Membership: You can freeze your membership once a year for 1, 2 or 3 months. Visit our Service Desk to fill out a freeze form and drop off your Y Membership ID. We’ll hold on to it for you!
Canceling Membership: We hope you’ll never have to cancel! If you do need to go, please stop by our Service Desk and fill out a cancelation form. You will also need to turn in your Membership ID.
Billing: Monthly Membership dues are charged to a credit card, debit card or checking account on the first of every month. Any changes to accounts must be completed before the 1st of every month in order to take place for next month.
Guest Passes & JCC Guest Privileges: Members are entitled to Guest Passes for friends and neighbors. Please contact the Service Desk for Guest Passes. In addition, as a courtesy, your membership will be honored at most Jewish Community Centers (JCCs), excluding New York City.
