Fitness Center

The fitness center includes new, state of the art fitness equipment; True treadmills, Precor and Cybex elliptical trainers, True exercise bikes, Schwinn Airdyne bikes, spin bikes, a full circuit of Cybex strength training machines, Max Rack, Power Cage, and a large selection of free weight equipment.

Sunday: 7:00 am – 9:00 pm
Monday - Thursday: 6:00 am – 10:00 pm
Friday: 6:00 am - 9:00 pm
Saturday: 7:00 am – 9:00 pm

Having a baby?  Get a health and fitness strategy combined with Personal Training!  It can make all the difference in your pregnancy experience and recovery.
