Instructor Bio:

Kim certifications and trainings include AFAA, Spin, RAB, Bosu, sSep, Basic Karate, and Senior Fitness. With 15 years an instructor, Kim is able to respond to her students’ needs. Kim loves helping new moms to regain the strength and stamina they had pre-pregnancy and allowing a chance to share Q&A w/other new moms.
